Our story began long before DE Concierge & Management. At the heart of it is a relationship spanning more than twenty years. Married for over ten years, ours is a partnership built on friendship, trust and shared experience, giving us a natural understanding and strength in the way we work together.
Over these years, we have built not only a love for life together, but a professional partnership shaped by shared values and a passion for exceptional service and genuine care for the homes and families entrusted to us.
Our experience has taken us from the UK to Ibiza, the Netherlands and Marbella, before bringing us back to Ibiza, where we are now based. Working within private households and managing luxury homes across these locations has given us a broad understanding of what exceptional private service truly requires. Every property, family and way of life is different, and our role has always extended far beyond simply managing a home.
For more than ten years, we worked together exclusively for a private family, caring for both their properties and the life surrounding them. This experience taught us the importance of discretion, adaptability and attention to detail, but above all, the importance of trust. A home should always feel like a home, however professionally it is managed, and we understand the balance required to achieve both.
Between us, we have more than 25 years of combined experience spanning property management, relocations, home furnishing and decoration, artwork, property sales and household organisation across different countries. Today, that experience is complemented by an extensive network of trusted contacts in Ibiza. Our experience also extends to the more personal aspects of family life – supporting children and household requirements, coordinating garden care and maintenance, training new and existing staff, arranging celebrations and special occasions, and assisting with more sensitive moments when discretion and dependable support matter most.
We bring that experience together in a highly personalised service, acting as a dedicated point of contact for our clients, coordinating their property, household and individual requirements with professionalism, discretion and genuine care.
